What is Resilience Therapy, and what services do you offer?

Resilience Therapy is a Black woman-owned organization established on March 3, 2020. We are a result-oriented organization that prioritizes rapport above anything. Our goal is to empower the resilience of individuals that would like to improve their mental wellness. Our nontraditional holistic approach supports clients desiring to overcome many challenges, from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and traumatic experiences. We offer various mental wellness services and products such as: providing individual and group therapy, teletherapy options, supervision of individuals with proffessional licenses, consultation, internships, resources, speaking engagement services, and resilience gear (products used to empower an individual/organization’s resilience).

Who are the therapists at Resilience Therapy?

Our therapists are licensed, experienced professionals who have received specialized training in non-traditional holistic ways. They are dedicated to helping marginalized communities overcome challenges through therapy and are committed to providing the highest quality care to our clients.

What forms of payment do you receive at Resilience Therapy?

For Resilience Merch (shop) we accept stripe.

For Professional Development services we accept Cash App: $ResilienceTherapy, Zelle: info@resiliencetherapy.net, and checks made Payable to Resilience Therapy, LLC.

For therapeutic services, we accept a variety of forms of payment, including cash app $ResilienceTherapy, Zelle: info@resiliencetherapy.net, and credit card/debit card via your client portal.

If you are receiving services in the State of Michigan we also accept a wide array of insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Complete, Blue Care Network, Cigna, Medicare, Meridian Medicaid, Mclaren, Mclaren Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, Optum, Priority Health, Priority HEalth Medicaid, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare.

What is your return policy for therapy materials and products?

We pride ourselves on providing top-quality therapy materials and products to our clients. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
