Our clinicians are highly trained and compassionate professionals who use evidence based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients residing in the State of Michigan, manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. Sessions are tailored to your goals, focusing on emotional regulation, improved relationships, and lasting resilience.

One of our most sought-after offerings is our EMDR Intensive Program. This immersive, multi day experience is designed for individuals who want to see meaningful progress in less time. EMDR Intensives provide a focused, accelerated healing process that helps you release the emotional weight of past experiences and reconnect with calm, clarity, and purpose. We offer in person Intensives in Grand Rapids and at our retreat home in Muskegon, Michigan, as well as virtual and in home Intensive options for clients in Chicago, Illinois and Houston, Texas.

Why Therapy
